1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bet639 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By completing registration, accessing your account, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bet639 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bet639 platform in any capacity. Continuing to use the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful. If bet639 determines at any point that registration information was false, misleading, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. This includes the submission of false identity documents for verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one bet639 account. You may not register additional accounts using a different name, mobile number, email address, or payment method. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and net withdrawals from multiple accounts may be reversed. 4.4 Withdrawal Verification

bet639 reserves the right to verify the source of funds and identity of any member before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering practice and is not specific to any individual. Cooperation with verification requests is required and non-cooperation may result in withdrawal delays.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. bet639 may charge a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month on dormant accounts with a positive balance. Members will be notified by the contact details on file before dormancy fees are applied. Fees will not reduce a balance below Rs 0.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and accepted at bet639 when the platform has confirmed the selection and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Until that confirmation is received, no bet is active. It is the member's responsibility to verify that their bet appears correctly in the bet history before the event commences.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

For major PSL and Pakistan international cricket matches, the standard maximum single bet on match winner is up to Rs 5,00,000. 5.3 In-Play (Live) Betting

Live betting at bet639 is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting with the following additions. bet639 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time due to network issues, unexpected game stoppages, or data feed delays. Any bet placed immediately before or during a market suspension may be voided at bet639's discretion if the acceptance was attributable to a technical delay rather than genuine pricing. Bets accepted under clearly erroneous live odds — for example, a team priced at 1.01 to win when they are actually losing by eight wickets — may be voided.

5.4 Abandoned and Interrupted Events

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the relevant competition rules, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned in full. If a match is affected by rain and a DLS result is declared, bets on match winner will be settled according to the official result. Specific market rules for events like "most runs in first 20 overs" apply only if the relevant number of overs has been bowled. 5.5 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

bet639 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds that resulted from a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. This includes prices that are obviously and significantly out of line with the true market price at the time. bet639 will notify affected members and return stakes if bets are voided under this clause.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers at bet639 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. These Terms represent the general framework. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all bonus funds at bet639 must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10x) on eligible markets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. During the wagering period, bets placed using bonus balance count toward the requirement only if placed at odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets on void, draw, or cashed-out outcomes do not count toward wagering completion.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your balance automatically. 6.4 Abuse of Promotions

7. VIP Club Terms

The bet639 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership in the VIP Club and progression through tiers is automatic and based on monthly wagered amounts across all eligible sections of the platform.

7.1 Tier Calculation

VIP tier status is calculated on the total value of all bets settled during a calendar month. This includes sports betting, casino games, crash games, and Aviator. Voided bets do not count toward tier progress. The monthly calculation resets on the first day of each calendar month. Your tier at the end of a month is retained for the following month under the tier protection policy described in section 7.2.

7.2 Tier Protection

If your wagering activity in a given month falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier status is protected for one additional month (two months for Platinum, three months for Diamond). After the protection period, your tier will be adjusted to reflect your current month's activity. 7.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly VIP cashback is calculated on your net losses over the period from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time. Cashback is credited by Monday evening of the following week. VIP cashback — unlike standard promotional bonuses — is credited without wagering requirements and is immediately withdrawable. The cashback rate by tier is: Bronze 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 12%, Diamond 15%.

7.4 VIP Benefit Changes

bet639 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms with reasonable notice. Material changes to VIP cashback rates or tier thresholds will be communicated to affected members via the contact details on their account at least 14 days before taking effect.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bet639 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bet voiding, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system that places bets without direct human interaction
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Arbitrage betting conducted through the deliberate exploitation of mispriced markets
• Coordinated betting between multiple accounts controlled by the same individual or group to extract promotional value

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by bet639

bet639 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or where the suspension is necessary to comply with applicable regulatory obligations. Where possible, bet639 will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond before permanent closure.

9.2 Suspension by Member

Members may request temporary suspension of their own account at any time through the responsible gaming tools in account settings or by contacting support. Temporary suspensions are available for periods of 30, 60, or 90 days. During a suspension, the account cannot be used to deposit, bet, or withdraw. The suspension cannot be lifted before the stated end date.

9.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by bet639 following a fair play investigation and rule violations are confirmed, any balance consisting of winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to rule violations, the real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet639 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect your rights as a member in a meaningful way — will be communicated to all registered members via the contact details on file with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing clauses, corrections of typographical errors, or additions that extend member benefits — may be implemented without advance notice. Your continued use of the bet639 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
